Prep Cook
About The Position
The Prep Cook prepares sauces, sides, and ingredients according to exact recipes and specifications. The role includes labeling, dating, and rotating products, maintaining a clean work area, and preparing the kitchen line before service. No prior experience is required; training in the JNN way is provided. The position is hands-on and high-energy in a live kitchen and stockroom environment. Requirements
- No experience required.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, including 8 or more hours per day.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, reach, climb, and operate equipment.
- Perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Label, date, and rotate products properly.
- Keep the work area clean.
- Set up the line before the doors open.
