Prep Cook - Live in Calgary, work in Banff
About The Position
We’re seeking Prep Cooks to join us in Banff daily, with transportation provided. Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues. All venues are located in downtown Banff, serve amazing food and beverage, and have unique atmospheres powered by their people. Nice To Haves
- Back-of-house experience is great, but not necessary. We’ll make you a pro in no time!
Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients, ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
Benefits
- Earn up to $27.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$20.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

- Earn an extra $2.00–$2.50/hr Summer Bonus on all hours worked until September 9, 2026
