About The Position

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us in Banff daily, with transportation provided. Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues. All venues are unique, located in downtown Banff, serve amazing food and beverage, and have wicked atmospheres powered by cool people.

Requirements

• Excellent work ethic and a positive team player attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• Back-of-house experience is great, but not necessary. We’ll make you a pro in no time!

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

• Earn up to $31.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$24.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)
