About The Position

Nu3s Market Café is opening soon in Queens, and we’re looking to hire a part-time Prep Cook to join our team. If you’ve worked in a café, quick-service, or fast-casual kitchen, and are comfortable in a fast, steady environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Experience preferred in a QSR, café, fast-casual, or high-volume kitchen
• Solid prep and basic cooking skills
• Ability to follow recipes, stay organized, and multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients and cook menu items following our recipe cards
• Support the line during service and help across different stations
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to food-safety standards
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and general kitchen setup
• Jump in with dishwashing and back-of-house tasks when needed
• Work with a small team that communicates well and stays focused during busy periods
