About The Position
Prep Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team, responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food, complete assigned prep work, stock and set up stations, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role calls for a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor, quick thinking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and the ability to use common food-preparation equipment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements

- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
