Prep Cook/Dishwasher - Part Time AM
About The Position
Lost Cowboy Brewing of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated part-time prep cook/dishwasher to prepare and cook food in our Nashua, NH location. Experienced prep cooks can earn up to $19 - $21 / hour. We provide great benefits and perks, including benefits that start for any employees with schedules from 20 hours per week and up. We also offer 5-day work weeks, paid vacation, and employee discounts with a daily family meal. As a prep cook/dishwasher, you are key to providing high-quality food to guests. Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You keep stations clean and stocked as well as work other kitchen staff members to complete prep projects. With attention to detail, you ensure that food and plates are ready for our line cooks.
Requirements
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Able to work days and every weekend morning
- Excellent communicator
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Able to be patient and professional with staff
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food
- Clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with procedures and health regulations
