Our kitchen staff prepares restaurant-quality dishes daily from fresh ingredients of the highest standard. The Prep Cook position is an excellent opportunity for a moderately experienced (or more!) individual to hone their craft, connect with great co-workers, and find substantial compensation packages, as well. Responsibilities

Prep fresh fruits, vegetables, animal products, and dry goods to be cooked at a later time
Assemble and cook prepared ingredients to create finished dishes
Maintain a clean & organized workspace
Stock and maintain ingredients in shared frozen, refrigerated, and dry pantry spaces
Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the team
Adhere to proper health codes and standards
