About The Position

This position is for Clios new West Omaha location at the Shops of Legacy (168th & Center), opening Spring 2026. Following the success of Clios downtown Omaha restaurant, were expanding west and building the opening team for our newest location. Were hiring Prep Cooks who enjoy working behind the scenes, value organization and consistency, and understand the importance of preparation in a successful kitchen. About You You have previous food prep experience; this role is best suited for someone comfortable with basic prep tasks in a fast-paced kitchen. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following recipes and prep lists. You communicate clearly and can read, write, and follow instructions effectively. You are comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive prep work. You can lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and are committed to food safety and sanitation standards. You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in supporting the team behind the scenes. About the Job Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists, including washing, cutting, portioning, and labeling. Support Line Cooks by maintaining organized prep levels and replenishing ingredients as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage guidelines at all times. Assist with inventory organization, product rotation, and communicating prep needs to leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area throughout the shift.
