Ensures that suites are set-up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met. This role also monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. The supervisor will perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste, ensure staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. They will also monitor marketing to confirm that signage is current and appropriate, and uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
