About The Position

The Premium In-Seat Manager, located at Fenway Park - Home of the Boston Red Sox will be responsible for the management of the In-seat service operations during Fenway Park events, including quality control, staffing, event preparation, kitchen operations, technology, & management development.

Requirements

Prior experience leading associates at a supervisory level in a mid- to upscale restaurant or catering/banquet environment
Ability to support training and development of team members
Understanding financial responsibilities and commitment to quality service
Strong guest service and associate service–focused attitude
Ability to work an event-based schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel

Nice To Haves

Experience as a server in a mid- to upscale restaurant
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or lead experience
Previous concessions experience

Responsibilities

Management of the In-seat service operations during Red Sox games, including quality control, staffing, event preparation, kitchen operations, technology, & management development.
Leading, training and developing, communicating, and motivating team members to meet standards.
Spending at least 75% of the time on the floor incorporating supervising, coaching, and training.
