About The Position

The Premium Guest Services program offers students hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry through gameday operations and guest service within Ford Field premium spaces. Ambassadors welcome guests, assist with wayfinding and ticketing, communicate guest feedback, and help create exceptional premium experiences on game days.

Requirements

• Current college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills with prior experience in guest-facing or service-oriented roles required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work all Detroit Lions home games and other Ford Field events throughout the season.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests entering premium areas, escorting them to their designated spaces.
• Communicate and document guest arrivals, feedback, and any concerns.
• Provide support with stadium inquiries, wayfinding, mobile ticketing, and general guest needs.
• Conduct pre- and post-game inspections of assigned areas and assist with gameday requests and activations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while fostering a positive atmosphere and maintaining the exclusivity of premium spaces.
