The role is responsible for delivering world-class hospitality by welcoming guests upon arrival, managing and assisting with check-in, learning guest preferences, and guiding them through premium gameday experiences from entry to seating.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum one year as an Alumna of the Houston Texans Cheerleader Program required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the organization by leveraging deep knowledge of team standards, traditions, and fan engagement to enhance the overall gameday experience.
  • Deliver world-class hospitality through strong presence, professionalism, and authenticity, contributing to a high-quality, memorable experience for premium guests.
  • Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, providing assistance as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries while proactively monitoring satisfaction and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist guests through pregame field access, creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth, organized on-field experience.
  • Recognize outstanding staff performance by rewarding employees for exceptional service and enhance guest experience through delivering personalized gifts to celebrate special occasions on gameday.
  • Opportunity to support the Event Operations team in executing events outside of gameday.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures related to guest interactions, privacy, and safety at all times.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Guest Experience department.
  • Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
