About The Position

Arch’s summer internship program provides students with hands-on experience in the insurance industry and a foundation for exploring career choices and developing professional skills. Interns work alongside experienced members of the specialty insurance industry to gain relevant expertise. The program aims to provide challenging work that benefits the intern and Arch, support intern development through learning activities and ongoing feedback, and identify talented individuals for full-time opportunities. The role pays $24 per hour.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be a continuous learner.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
