About The Position
Premier Relationship Bankers in Business Development win new Premier clients through outbound outreach and onboard ARC customers. They maintain and grow the relationships they bring in and refer clients to other Axos business lines when needs arise. This is a commission-eligible role. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in premier, private, or relationship banking, or deposit sales.
- Track record of meeting deposit and new-client targets.
- Working knowledge of deposit products and banking regulations.
- Comfort with CRM tools and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospects and marketing leads and convert them into Premier clients.
- Contact existing Axos commercial and business clients who do not bank with Axos personally and open Premier relationships for them.
- Onboard ARC customers, who automatically qualify as Premier clients, and grow their deposits.
- Maintain and deepen acquired client relationships through regular check-ins.
- Refer clients to Commercial Banking, Small Business Banking, and other Axos teams when needs arise.
- Keep pipeline and client records current in the CRM and follow all bank policies.
