We’re looking for a Premier Accounts Manager – Enterprise to join our ever-evolving Greater Giving team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will work closely with nonprofit leaders to plan, execute, and optimize fundraising initiatives—supporting everything from auctions and galas to broader donor engagement strategies—while identifying opportunities for long-term growth and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, SaaS, nonprofit partnerships, fundraising technology, or related fields
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive customer retention, renewals, and account growth
  • Experience using CRM or customer management systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with nonprofits, associations, foundations, or mission-driven organizations
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising and event-based models (e.g., auctions, galas, golf tournaments)
  • Background in fundraising event management, donor engagement, auction technology, or advancement services
  • Familiarity with live fundraising events and in-person event operation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premier nonprofit clients
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership and fundraising teams
  • Lead regular client meetings, account reviews, and strategic discussions
  • Provide guidance on fundraising strategies, including events and donor engagement
  • Help clients optimize platform usage and event execution
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve fundraising performance
  • Drive client retention, renewals, and long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, events, and product adoption
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Advocate for client needs and coordinate resources to resolve issues
  • Support Professional Event Services (PES), including pre-event planning
  • Travel to and support 6–10 fundraising events annually
