About The Position
Early Years Child Development Centers is hiring a PreK Lead Teacher for its Allison Park location. The position pays $19.25 per hour for candidates with a related degree, or $18.00 per hour without one. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is offered to candidates with a related degree, or $500 to candidates without a degree. Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have 2,500 verifiable hours working with children, such as babysitting, nannying, or childcare, or hold a related associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- A related degree may be in Psychology, Social Work, Early Education, or Special Education.
- Must have valid FBI, Child Abuse, and Pennsylvania State Police clearances, or be able to obtain them before starting.
- Must be able to obtain a health assessment and TB test; a physical with a recent TB test is required.
