About The Position
The Preconstruction Specialist supports administrative and customer service tasks within Aristeo’s Preconstruction Department and reports directly to the Vice President of Preconstruction. The position assists with proposal preparation and submission, tracks project opportunities, manages subcontractor pre-qualification, and supports the subcontracting process by reviewing documentation. This position requires on-site work. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the U.S. without further visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including copy editing, grammar, style, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading.
- Highly developed word-processing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a dynamic team environment.
- At least 2 years of experience as a coordinator or in a similar role.
- Current eligibility to work in the U.S. without further visa sponsorship.

- Coordinator or similar experience with a construction contractor, architecture or engineering firm, or marketing or advertising firm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing project proposals and manage the assignment, collection, and organization of proposal content.
- File, track, and distribute incoming proposal requests and project opportunities.
- Review and assemble final proposals for submission to owners through customer portals.
- Manage pre-qualification for current and potential subcontractors, including communicating required information, sending reminders, and ensuring annual updates are complete.
- Assist with subcontracting by obtaining and reviewing subcontract packages to ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and consistent.
