Requirements

• Hands-on TIG welding experience
• Accurate blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Quality-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills and team orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• MIG experience is a plus.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and process-minded thinking.
• relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver code-quality TIG welds across various materials.
• Analyze blueprints/technical drawings to understand requirements and sequence work.
• Identify welding issues and implement solutions to keep production on track.
• Partner with teammates to refine methods and improve throughput.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Conduct routine maintenance to keep welding equipment in top condition.
