Requirements

• Experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, or quality roles
• Blueprint literacy and inspection know-how (role dependent)
• Keen eye for detail and hands-on problem-solving
• Leadership background required for the Quality Manager role

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes with confidence
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure every dimension is on target
• Handle tool changes, adjust offsets, and make basic program edits
• Hold tight tolerances while maintaining high production standards
• Operate equipment and manage secondary finishing operations
• Deburr, clean, and visually verify parts prior to shipment
• Use calipers and micrometers to confirm key dimensions
• Keep work areas organized and support a smooth production flow
• Design and sustain robust quality systems and procedures
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards
• Partner with production teams to improve first-pass yield and reduce variation
• Leadership of the entire Quality department and QMS
• Audit readiness, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement
• Team development, coaching, and performance management
• Primary liaison for customer-specific quality requirements
