A day in the life involves opening your work cell, reviewing priorities in the ERP system, and preparing multiple machines for the shift. This includes sharpening and setting tooling, filling hoppers or loading parts, and performing initial quality checks to ensure components match the print. Throughout the day, you will rotate between machines, make fine adjustments, log labor and scrap, move materials using a lift truck, and maintain a 5S clean work area. You will also report progress and any issues to your group leader. This role supports precision manufacturing, including CNC operations and potentially foundry operations (investment casting).
