About The Position

This role supports customers and internal teams by managing agreements and licenses, maintaining accurate data, creating reports, assisting with customer support cases, and coordinating training activities. The position serves as a key resource for daily operations, helping improve communication, customer satisfaction, and the effective use of data and technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an agricultural-related role.
  • Ability to think strategically and operate with a solutions first approach.
  • Demonstrates organizational, management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Familiar with John Deere and competitive Precision Ag technology products and services.
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License, and insurable driving history with the ability to work flexible hours and travel to all locations.

  • Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing agreements and software licenses to ensure accurate customer accounts and compliance.
  • Generate and distribute reports that support operational and business decision-making.
  • Perform data cleaning activities to maintain accurate and reliable system information.
  • Conduct outreach and provide support for smaller customer accounts to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist with DTAC cases by coordinating information and helping drive issue resolution.
  • Build relationships across dealership departments to increase awareness and adoption of data and technology solutions.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer and dealer training events.
  • Gather and organize materials needed for customer agreement and contract discussions.
  • Serve as an internal resource for the Operations Center by providing guidance and operational support.
  • Manage advanced day-to-day data administration tasks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Review in-season data collected daily for data management customers.
  • Identify any issues with this data and work with customer and/or IS Consultant to correct the issue.
  • Provide support to customers for data management software from John Deere and other providers chosen by Riesterer & Schnell.
  • Presents a positive, professional image in dress and conduct at all times.
  • All other duties as assigned.
