Requirements

Experience with MIG and/or stick welding in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Pipefitting experience (cutting, threading, aligning, installing pipe systems)
Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and basic schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, kneeling for extended periods)

Responsibilities

Perform MIG and stick welding on precast forms, steel embeds, and plant equipment
Fabricate, assemble, and repair piping systems used in production (air, water, hydraulic lines)
Cut, fit, align, and install pipe, valves, and fittings to support plant operations
Modify, repair, and maintain steel forms used in precast concrete production
Inspect welds and completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime
Safely operate welding equipment, torches, grinders, and hand tools
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
