About The Position

This is not a traditional pre-sales position built around scripted demos and slide presentations. You'll be a trusted advisor, solution architect, technical consultant, and strategic partner throughout the sales cycle. You'll join a company that has already established product-market fit and is experiencing strong momentum, while still offering the opportunity to shape processes, influence product direction, and build scalable pre-sales operations from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex business challenges into practical technology solutions and wants to have a direct impact on company growth.

Requirements

  • Banking Technology Expertise: 5+ years of experience within banking technology, fintech, or financial services technology environments
  • Deep understanding of: Deposit products, Product pricing strategies, Profitability analysis, Core banking systems, Bank operational workflows
  • Experience working with major banking platforms such as: Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, Similar core banking systems
  • Data & Analytics Experience: Hands-on experience with: SQL development, Data modeling, Data warehouses, ETL pipelines, Analytics platforms
  • Understanding of: Star schema design, Dimensional modeling, Data integration architectures
  • Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering: Proven success leading: Technical discovery, Solution architecture, Proof of concept engagements, Technical sales support
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
  • Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Strong consultative approach and executive presence
