We partner with HR teams and HR software companies to design and deliver custom integrations that connect HR, payroll, and business systems, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help people's operations run more efficiently. Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek an experienced Presales Representative to join our Client Solution team. If you love to proactively solve problems, flawlessly plan and execute projects, collaborate with a young, motivated, and diverse team, and work in a fast-paced environment, then we would like to meet you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or a college degree in software engineering or computer science.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Software Consultation and/or SaaS, API, and AI platform
  • Experience in software development languages and methodologies (e.g., Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, GraphQL, etc.).
  • Be client-friendly and skilled at explaining technical things to non-technical clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments and meeting company and client deadline expectations when resolving Service Requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-aware, motivated, coachable, with the ability to collaborate with all team members

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR/Finance data integrations.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse HR, Bamboo HR…
  • Fluent in French, both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practices and in line with client requirements.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Liaising with the Support, Success, and Delivery department to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
