We’re seeking a Pre‑Sales Engineer who combines deep technical curiosity with consultative sales expertise to drive success within DocuWare’s partner ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales efforts by providing solution insights throughout the sales cycle. You’ll collaborate closely with our Authorized DocuWare Partners (ADPs) and internal teams to design, demonstrate, and position high‑value solutions that leverage DocuWare’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI‑based automation capabilities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll bridge business needs with technical possibilities—helping partners and customers harness intelligent automation, document understanding, and process optimization. You’ll also shape product innovation by collaborating with Product Management to communicate market feedback, feature requests, and business cases that expand DocuWare’s solution capabilities across the IDP and AI landscape. The territory for this role is nationwide however residence in Eastern Standard Time or Central Time is preferred.
