Our mission is to help make the world a safer place with leading investigative analytics software solutions. We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer (Remote) to our team in North América. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will lead pre-sales activities in North America, including customer engagements, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, technical evaluations, and Proof of Concept (POC) projects. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Product Management to drive new business and position the product as a critical tool for law enforcement and national security agencies. As a Cognyter, you will: Lead the pre-sales activities across North America, including customer engagements, technical presentations, and POCs. Partner with Account Executives as a subject matter expert in data analytics and product`s capabilities. Develop compelling product demonstrations. Conduct product presentations and POCs for prospects, customers, and partners—virtually and in person. Lead RFI/RFP responses, including requirements mapping, solution design, technical Q&A, and solution sizing. Communicate product’s technical capabilities and collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and senior leadership as needed.
