About The Position

At Synera, we help engineering teams automate complex product development workflows with AI-powered automation. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll combine technical expertise with storytelling and consultative selling to show customers what’s possible - and how Synera can transform the way they build products. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer challenges, design compelling technical demonstrations, and help engineering leaders see the real business value of automation. Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
  • Comfortable working with technically complex products.
  • Experience with CAD / CAE systems and can build or manipulate models.
  • Understand mechanical parts and manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, casting, molding, milling, or deep drawing.
  • Enjoy evangelizing technology and getting customers excited about new possibilities.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Curious and process-oriented, always looking for ways to improve how things work.
  • Enjoy meeting customers and colleagues in person and are comfortable traveling regularly (around 40%).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and the CRO to drive revenue growth and support strategic deals.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored demos, workflows, and technical presentations.
  • Design and deliver compelling live demonstrations that showcase the real-world impact of Synera.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer adoption.
  • Inspire engineers and engineering leaders by showing how automation can transform their workflows.
  • Continuously learn from customers and share insights with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
