About The Position

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within the Planning department, focused on inspecting and managing center labels and stamper inventory. The position ensures customer specifications and company standards are met while maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the vinyl record production process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect center labels for visual defects, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage stamper inventory, ensuring stampers are correctly labeled, stored, and recorded in the ERP system.
• Receive and enter center labels and stampers into the ERP inventory system, maintaining accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor and report process performance related to center label application and stamper usage by collecting data and preparing statistical reports.
• Maintain documentation control and retention systems for center labels and stampers.
• Ensure outgoing finished vinyl products meet customer specifications, particularly for label quality and alignment.
• Assist with identifying, recommending, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions related to center labels and stampers.
• Participate in internal quality audits focused on center label and stamper processes.
• Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to address related quality issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute insights and solutions to continuous improvement efforts for the quality and efficiency of center label and stamper processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or required by operational needs.
