About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with experience in various surgical settings.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Colorado
- Previous experience in a pre-operative environment, recovery room, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), or critical care setting is required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) current or within 3 months
Nice To Haves
- ASC experience a plus
- Complete perioperative experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Patient Admission and Pre-Operative Assessment
- Patient Monitoring after anesthesia
- Patient Education of preoperative and post operative care
- Medication Administration
- Collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the surgical team
- Emergency Response to any complications or emergencies
- Documentation to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Participation in Regulatory Compliance and safety protocols
