Requirements

2+ years of automotive sales experience.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven business decisions.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM, and inventory management software preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the used vehicle department to maximize sales, gross profit, and inventory turn.
Source quality pre-owned inventory through trade-ins, auctions, and direct purchases.
Oversee vehicle appraisals, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maintain a competitive and profitable selection.
Manage the reconditioning process to ensure vehicles are frontline-ready in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Monitor inventory aging and implement strategies to improve inventory turn and profitability.
Support the sales team by desking deals, assisting with negotiations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Train, coach, and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales and performance goals.
Collaborate with the Finance, Service, and Sales departments to drive operational efficiency and dealership success.
Ensure all used inventory is accurately merchandised, photographed, and marketed across all platforms.
