About The Position
A premier dealership is seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Manager to lead pre-owned sales operations, maximize inventory performance, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and growth. The role oversees vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management; monitors market trends; ensures compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards; and collaborates with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals.
