About The Position

The Pre-Litigation Case Auditor is responsible for overseeing and auditing case management across all Pre Litigation Commercial and Non-Commercial teams. This role ensures cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with internal standards, client requirements, and service-level expectations. The Case Auditor will ensure consistent, high-quality client experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in pre‑litigation, case management, legal operations, collections, or a related field
Strong understanding of commercial and non‑commercial case workflows
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits of active and inactive cases across Commercial and Noncommercial prelitigation teams
Ensure cases are progressing efficiently and in accordance with internal workflows, compliance standards, and client guidelines
Identify missing documentation, incomplete data, or stalled actions and escalate as appropriate
Verify accuracy and completeness of case notes, documentation, and system updates
Track case aging, turnaround times, and key milestones to ensure timely movement
Ensure clients receive regular, meaningful updates on case status
Identify gaps in communication and recommend improvements
Prepare audit findings, trend analyses, and performance summaries for leadership
Track recurring issues and systemic risks across teams
Work closely with Team Leads and Case Managers
