About The Position
Roseville Area Schools is seeking applicants for a .8 FTE (approximately 30 hours per week) Pre-K teacher. The teaching position will focus on providing literacy rich activities while also supporting children's physical, intellectual, social and emotional development. The teaching schedule is Monday/Wednesday/Friday all day class and Tuesday/Thursday half day morning class. Also included is conducting Early Childhood Screenings on 5 Saturdays during the school year (training is provided). The start date is September 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Experience working with groups of children in an early childhood environment
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
- Teaching experience in developing, modifying and implementing curriculum and learning environments for young children
- A Minnesota teaching license in Preprimary, Pre-Kindergarten and/or Early Childhood Birth - Grade 3
