About The Position

Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Pre-K Teacher to join their team. In this role, the teacher will create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans designed to nurture cognitive, emotional, and social growth. They will collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment that prepares children for Kindergarten and beyond.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (Required)
PA Teaching Certification (Required)
Minimum of 2 years experience working with preschool-aged children
Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
Commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Responsibilities
