About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a dependable and compassionate Pre-K Instructional Aide to support students in early intervention and school-age special education programs in Linwood, Pennsylvania, during the 2026–2027 school year. The role provides one-on-one and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs, promoting academic, behavioral, social, and life skills development. The aide assists teachers with individualized education and behavior support plans and helps maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. The position is scheduled for 32.5 hours per week and offers weekly pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current hands-on CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to complete all additional required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Promote students’ academic, behavioral, social, and life skills development.
• Assist teachers with implementing individualized education and behavior support plans.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with daily routines, classroom activities, communication, transitions, and personal care needs as outlined in their individualized programs.
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary staff to reinforce positive behaviors, encourage student growth, and support individualized learning goals.
