Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of foreclosure, loss mitigation, or other mortgage/real estate-related experience required
• Expert knowledge of federal, state, and investor regulations specific to foreclosure
• Ability to learn rules, regulations, and laws of all default departments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiating skills
• Adaptable and flexible with an ability to work in a structured environment
• Ability to work overtime when required to accomplish tasks
• Ability to work well on a team and focus on results
• Analytical and mathematical ability sufficient to calculate/evaluate performance metrics and apply them to increase efficiencies and resolve barriers and/or identified impediments
• Proficient computing experience and typing skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong background in Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing adherence to and with the creation of procedures and production/workflow reporting
• Ensure production standards for the Pre-Foreclosure group are met
• Oversee investor-specific time risk loans
• Audit/update procedures to ensure LoanCare is in compliance with government, investor, and client guidelines
• Conduct daily team huddles with discussions about prioritization of workflow, production results, projects, company updates, etc.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to delegate/prioritize required tasks
• Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of all default, breach, and state-specific pre-foreclosure processes
• Perform quality assurance checks for relevant procedure controls
• Complete controls outlined in department procedures throughout the month
• Complete side-by-side meetings with staff to ensure correct steps are followed and answer processing questions that may arise
• All other duties as assigned
