About The Position

Parker McCay P.A. is looking for legal assistants to work with clients, attorneys and other staff on Pennsylvania foreclosure actions- both pre-judgment and post-judgment- in its Mount Laurel, NJ office. The ideal candidates will have direct or very closely related experience, excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic. Requirements

Pennsylvania foreclosure experience experience (or very closely related experience)
Proficiency in ICE (BKFS/LPS), Tempo etc.
Key skills include: critical thinking, effective written and spoken communications, interpersonal skills and organization
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to manage a high volume of files/multi-task/adaptability
Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Drafting documents including pleadings
Filing and recording (electronic and conventional)
Navigating client management systems, ICE (BKFS/LPS), Tempo etc., and completing daily processing tasks
Maintaining client/case files
Corresponding with and updating clients
Organizing and maintaining a calendar to adhere to all legal and client deadlines
All other related duties as assigned to support departmental needs
