About The Position

The Pre-Construction Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of assigned projects from the date a proposal is signed (thus the job is awarded) until the date the project is handed off to the Construction Project Manager for physical delivery and installation. The Preconstruction Project Manager is the advocate for the customer and project internally. As Elevate expands into residential and hospitality markets—including multifamily housing, student living, and hotel projects—the ideal candidate will bring hands-on field experience supporting the successful delivery of these project types. A strong understanding of site logistics, trade sequencing, and construction constraints specific to conditioned, multi-story structures is essential. This role requires the ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other trades to ensure constructability, reduce rework, and streamline coordination. Familiarity with design elements such as vertical load path integration, framing interfaces, and MEP-heavy areas is expected. The Pre-Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in adapting our patented Alpha Framing System to these more complex project types while maintaining Elevate’s high standards for communication, documentation, and customer support.
