About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk at its Otsego, Minnesota Service Center. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the second shift, with an hourly rate of $20.42. The Pre-Clerk answers calls on a multi-line system, redirects calls to appropriate contacts, performs data entry, processes driver paperwork, and assists dispatchers. Other duties may be assigned by management. Available paid time off may be used immediately upon hire.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute accurately.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience as a clerk or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Freight logistics experience.

Responsibilities
