This role involves participating in supervised practicum activities aligned with the student’s academic program and learning objectives. The student will observe and support individual, group, and community-based behavioral health services, assist with client engagement, recovery support, psychoeducation, case coordination, and documentation under supervision. Maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards is crucial. The student will also attend supervision, team meetings, trainings, and program orientation activities, and adhere to agency policies, safety procedures, documentation expectations, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
