About The Position

This practicum is designed to expand skills, knowledge, and experience through comprehensive project-based work within various FMI departments. Participants will assist with department-specific projects and engage in activities aimed at developing professional skills and expertise relevant to their field of study. The role involves interacting with FMI colleagues for guidance, training, and mentoring in daily operations and assignments. Other duties and projects may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant coursework in applicable area or field of study.
  • Computer and internet expertise.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service and team orientation.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-directed with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with strict attention to detail and minimal supervision.
