About The Position

Finni Health is hiring a Practice Support Associate (PSA) to help ABA practice owners have a smooth and successful experience from onboarding through ongoing operations. The role is a customer-facing point of contact responsible for supporting providers, managing credentialing steps, responding to support tickets, and maintaining accurate records and workflows. The PSA collaborates with Provider Success Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly. This high-ownership role offers a growth path to Practice Success Manager. The position is full-time, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
Clear, professional communication across email, Slack, and Google Meet.
Ability to work independently, adapt to an ambiguous and evolving environment, take ownership, and proactively solve problems.
Experience with support or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
Previous startup experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for practice owners by answering questions, providing updates, and reinforcing workflows.
Become a subject matter expert in the company’s tools and proactively research and resolve issues before escalating them to internal teams.
Respond to support tickets within defined SLAs, using internal documentation and escalating issues when needed.
Develop and update the internal knowledge base to empower users.
Collaborate with RCM, Clinical Success, HR, Recruiting, and Product teams to resolve outstanding issues and keep provider records current.
Manage credentialing steps and maintain accurate records and workflows.
