About The Position
The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Practice Support Analyst to support the firm’s litigation and eDiscovery departments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a large law firm.
- Experience in data processing, eDiscovery, and trial technology.
- Proficiency with tools such as Relativity, Logikcull, CloudNine, and TrialDirector/OnCue.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with the litigation lifecycle and EDRM.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years as a Litigation Support Analyst or Trial Technician.
- Paralegal certification.
Responsibilities
- Guiding attorneys and paralegals on best practices for managing client ESI and trial technology, ensuring accurate, defensible data handling.
- Processing data, building and maintaining databases, performing searches, validating search terms, resolving coding issues, and producing documents.
- Supporting trial preparation—including exhibit management and courtroom presentation.
- Providing training to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
