About The Position

Upperline Health is hiring an onsite, patient-facing Practice Success Coordinator to support Upperline Plus, its value-based care program. The coordinator works daily at partner practices, educating patients about the program and helping them enroll using an iPad. The role involves building trust through friendly conversations, explaining program benefits during check-in and check-out, and guiding patients toward scheduling visits and engaging with the program. The coordinator also works with clinic staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals and improve workflows. No sales experience is required; strong interpersonal and communication skills are important. Compensation includes an hourly rate and monthly commission tied to enrollment performance. No night, weekend, or holiday shifts are required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Comfort using iPads and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

Educate patients about Upperline Plus and help them enroll in the program.
