About The Position

Finni Health is dedicated to empowering Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to establish their own practices. We are seeking individuals passionate about expanding access to autism care. Recognizing the historical challenges BCBAs have faced with clinics, Finni offers a solution to support their dedication to ABA. Our aim is to combine advanced software with skilled providers, creating a comprehensive system for BCBAs committed to delivering high-quality care to families. This role involves partnering with us to build a behavioral therapy practice from the ground up, serving either a local market or remote clients. Your contribution will be foundational in empowering BCBAs nationwide.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
  • Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Finni team on establishing guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your practice.
  • Communicate with the Finni team regarding billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of treatment approaches and modify programs as necessary.
  • Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.
  • Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and other related in-service programs, including client-specific intervention training to staff and parents.
  • Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings.
  • Train and supervise clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback for the direct implementation of ABA interventions.
  • Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.
