About The Position

Finni Health is seeking passionate BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) to become new practice owners and join their mission to democratize access to autism care. Recognizing the historical challenges BCBAs have faced with clinics, Finni Health offers a solution to help them fulfill their passion for ABA by combining advanced software with expert providers. This role involves setting up a new behavioral therapy practice from the ground up, which can focus on a local market or serve remote clients. The goal is to empower BCBAs nationwide by providing an all-in-one solution for delivering meticulous care to families.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired (California)
  • Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Finni Health team on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
  • Communicate with the team regarding billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the treatment approach and modify the program as needed.
  • Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports accordingly.
  • Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and other related in-service programs, including client-specific intervention training to staff and parents.
  • Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings.
  • Train and supervise clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback for the direct implementation of ABA interventions.
  • Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.
