Prava Therapy is seeking an entrepreneurial Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to lead and grow an on-site therapy practice within a 60-apartment memory care community, providing personalized care to residents while helping them maintain mobility, independence, safety, and quality of life. This is a rare opportunity to combine clinical excellence with business ownership—without the headache of building a practice from scratch. You'll become the trusted movement and wellness expert for two established senior living communities, creating meaningful relationships while growing a concierge outpatient practice designed around exceptional outcomes and resident experience. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in California.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
