About The Position

Prava is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to establish and lead a therapy practice within a senior living community in Beaverton, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to own and grow a practice with the support of Prava's infrastructure, which includes billing, credentialing, technology, documentation, marketing, and operations. The Practice Owner will be embedded in a single community serving Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents, focusing on building relationships, developing referral networks, and shaping the clinical culture. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a therapist who wants to own their practice without the burden of building the entire business from scratch.
