Park Aesthetics is seeking a high-level operational leader to help scale one of the fastest-growing aesthetic practices in the Southeast. This is not a traditional office manager role. We are hiring a Practice Operations Director to function as the operational backbone of a rapidly scaling medical business — someone capable of building systems, leading teams, protecting the patient experience, and translating founder vision into operational execution. The right person will thrive in high-accountability, high-performance environments and take genuine pride in creating structure, consistency, and excellence at scale. This role reports directly to ownership and will play a critical leadership role in the next phase of the company’s growth. About Park Park Aesthetics is a thriving medical aesthetics practice specializing in advanced injectables, laser treatments, skin health, and full-face aesthetic planning. We are known for our high standards, patient loyalty, operational sophistication, and long-term approach to aesthetic medicine. The practice currently operates at an $8M+ annual revenue pace and is actively building toward its next stage of expansion. We are not looking for someone to “manage a front desk.” We are looking for someone who can help build infrastructure for a company scaling toward $20M+. What This Role Actually Is This person will function at a near-integrator / COO-lite level inside the organization. You will oversee and optimize daily operations across the practice while helping ownership create scalable systems, accountability structures, operational clarity, and elevated patient experiences. You will be expected to: Lead and hold staff accountable with consistency and professionalism Build and refine systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational infrastructure Anticipate problems before they escalate Improve communication and operational efficiency across departments Protect ownership’s time and attention by resolving issues independently whenever appropriate Maintain a luxury-level patient experience while balancing operational discipline Create accountability systems that support both performance and culture Oversee scheduling operations, team workflows, reporting, retention initiatives, and execution of operational priorities Serve as a stabilizing leadership presence inside a fast-moving organization The Right Person This role requires maturity, executive functioning, emotional intelligence, and operational instinct.
