Blue Yonder’s Professional Services group is seeking a delivery leader with strong account management and customer relationship skills in the Manufacturing/LSP line of business. We value individuals with a desire to implement cutting edge AI/ML based SaaS solutions and a strong sense of urgency when faced with obstacles. The ability to quickly build trust and establish strong relationships with C-Suite customers on large transformational programs is a must. Manage multiple customers across industry segments with ability to build trust with Sr. customer leadership and deliver value for large complex transformational programs. Core responsibilities include leadership and management of complex projects with multiple project managers, partners, and cross-functional internal teams for Blue Yonder SaaS customers. The team is comprised of Project Managers, Program Managers and Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers servicing Manufacturing/LSP customers in the Americas.
